The month of August was very productive for crops in home gardens of the Farm School of Bel Avenir in Mangily. The delicious lemons, tomatoes, carrots, eggplants, papayas and jujubes are the star products of September.
Jam and honey products within the Farm School, guarantee a pleasant awakening with breakfast Hôtel Solidaire Mangily. Similarly, papaya and organic lemon used to make delicious homemade ice cream and refreshing fruit salad for dessert. For meat and seafood, the restaurant uses local market that always offers fresh products.
Solidarity Meals
